PLAYGROUPS
Do you have a younger dog with lots of energy or a dog who loves to run and play? If you feel like a walk isn't enough to tire out your pup this is perfect for you! Our daily playgroup service offers your dog the opportunity to romp with friends, play fetch and let loose! We always go to parks that are fenced in to make sure your dog is safe and secure. Balls, Frisbees and fresh water are provided to ensure the best experience possible!
Why are 3 full hours of playgroup more tiring for energetic dogs/puppies than a full day at a "doggy daycare" center? Funny you should ask! At a dog day care facility dogs are surrounded (or often crammed into a windowless dirty room) with the same dogs all day everyday with short bathroom breaks every few hours. Like humans, dogs get bored! Did you know dogs usually sleep around 30-40% of the time they are at daycare? Also, many "pick up/drop off" companies will uncomfortably squeeze as many dogs as possible inside unsafe vans or SUV's for up to or over an hour while they gather or drop off other dogs! Our half day playgroup is all fun and no sleep! With different dogs continuously entering the park your dog never has the chance to become bored and therefore gets out more energy in 3 hours than the normal "daycare" dog. Transportation to and from the park is safe and never takes more than 15 minutes! No more long hours in a car, dirty basements and "short bathroom breaks outside" - Allow your dog the fresh air and space to run and play he or she deserves!!!
PRIVATE WALKS
At Boston Dog Walking I believe in providing you and your dog with the best service. It is my pleasure to provide each and every client with outstanding service that is custom tailored to suit your unique needs. Apart from providing you with dog walking services.
Some dogs need a little more personal attention than others. I can customize private walks to fit your dogs needs. Leash training, personal playtime, slow walks for older dogs or extra caution with dogs who may be aggressive towards other dogs are all reasons why some dogs need to be walked alone.
GROUP WALKS
Your dog will be paired with one or two other dogs based on location, age and temperament. I never walk dogs together that don't have similar personalities. My main goal is for your dog to enjoy his or her walk. I have a strict no pack walk policy and refuse to walk more than 3 dogs at one time.
